Practices
are Tuesday & Wednesday 6:00 p.m. at Willow Brook Park unless otherwise notified
by your Coach. Please notify your Coach or Team Manager Amy when you will miss
practice.
Games – it
is very important that we have 100% of our team available to play every game!!!
It is mandatory that you give coaches 2 Days notice if you will miss a game!

Please sign up for Game
Day Juice and Oranges so we can keep our girl's energy and hydration up.
Also feel free to volunteer as "Team Mom" and help our coaches during practice.

The New
Britain Strikers Girls Travel Soccer was started in the spring of 2007 as an all
girls traveling soccer team for girls under the age of 10. In the fall of 2007,
interest in the program grew and we added a second team for girls under the age
of 9. Our goal is to develop a strong soccer program for inner city girls in
which they are given the opportunity to strengthen their skills on and off the
field, build self-confidence and courage as well as encourage a respect for the
game, officials and opposing teams.
In an
effort to develop our current program, we are looking for businesses to sponsor
our teams. Monies raised would be used for equipment, uniforms, coaching
materials and training, and to decrease registration fees. Decreasing
registration fees will allow us to extend the opportunity to families within our
city who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
